David, a professional photographer for the past 35 years, first worked as a freelance photojournalist while serving with the USAF in Europe as well as ten years as a commercial and editorial photographer in Detroit, MI. David resides in Santa Fe, NM for the past 22 years where he finds inspiration in the beautiful landscapes of the southwest. For the past 10 years he's made multiple trips to the African continent for the experience and documentation of wildlife in South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Kenya, and Tanzania.

This is David's first trip to the northern part of Africa.
